a couple of months absence has made me lose motivation. Yeah it seems like I had never had solid motivation for fitness ever since my first fail. My management never coped well.. Hope I can find a fitness budy who can share thoughts and process. That might help restore my passion when it loses.

Looking back there was time I was thin and there was time I was overweight. I have never had any eating problem before I was introduced to and tried to practice a Yo-Yo diet. That time only way to lose weight or even just the concept of "Diet" was to restrict the food intake. There was no nutritional guide nor the explanation of how the losing-weight-mechanism works there but how much calories were consumed counted. That was late 1996 and I started getting obsessed...
