I started workingout when I was in the 9th grade, in the off season of my high school football career, after that I was hooked, but it wasn't until 2005 when I began to understand how important a diet is to your workout
Why I Love It:
Fun, something to do, and it kills stress

Don't take this the wrong way but looking at other and saying to myself I can't get like that
