5 meals a day
Meal 1 - 2 small pieces of grilled fish
Meal 2 - 1 small piece of grilled fish
Meal 3 - 1 small piece of grilled fish
Meal 4 ( dinner, pre workout ) - 1 spoon of Rice, 1 spoon of Beans, 1 or 2 large pieces of meat
Meal 5 - Big glass of milk with something with fiber, fruits or Nesfit...
All day long drinking as much water as i can, before training i might drink some fruit juice, eat some fruit etc...
During training drinking a lot of water...
Depending on the objective i take whey protein to get bigger, lately i just wanna get ripped so i`m not taking suplementation...
