hulkinout Significant thickness increase, nice transformation so far. If you're looking for more back improvement, consider splitting back into two separate workouts: width (pullups/pullovers) and thickness (rows/deads). You can combine width with delts for a vertical push/pull day and thickness with pecs (horiz push/pull). Lead with back on both days if that's your priority. Keep on hulkin'. Sep 4, 2011 11:20pm

TerpToEagle2007 I strained my right fore-arm extensor muscle in a combo of working out and tennis... I went through various treatments over the last 5 months but even now, if i go strong for like 3-4 days in the gym, i can def start feeling the pain after that. sucks! Sep 29, 2010 3:26pm
