I started working out in highschool and then just quit. Then in the past year or so i went every now and then. But i have started again and will stick with it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good. Its a high you can't get from any drug. The feeling after a good workout is amazing. You feel like you can take on the world. Its the pump that brings me back every time
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at what i look like now and what i did before. And what i want to become. Plus i have a good friend who is also my gym partner that motivates me and keeps me on track.
BB Accomplishments:
None really before i quit i was lean and strong. Now i need to work on a accoplishment

This is when i was 206 Lbs and 17% bodyfat. Not sexy at all.
(I keep looking at this pic. it looks like i am trying to crap my pants. I want to take it off but then i won't know what i look like craping my pants LOL!!!)
I want to get back in shape. I told myself to stop being lazy and get back into the gym.I want to lose my belly, tone up, bulge in my shirt and just to be able to walk around and have people look at me in a good way. My goal is to be 195-210 with 10% or less bodyfat.

I tried a couple 17-HD from a friend. WOW!!!! That stuff made me into a animal. I was lifting harder,heavier and faster than ever. I used fast twitch for a while and it help but not like 17-HD. I read up on it and looked at some reviews and of course they were all mixed, people love it and...
