Now it's time for the head games!! I had a kickass week , ate great and healthy , gave it 110% in gym everyday, omfg first week in last year that I have weighed in on sunday and gained weight WTF.......... ok it's not that serious because my tape measurements were kickass I believe, but still...
how is your training coming? im uping the level of weights now and my 2000 chest workouts are now a weekly event. im doing this until October and then i am switching it to back and will make a routine for my back this way. my leg work out for 2000 reps are done now once a month. how you doing? train hard, play harder. yea bro..i had a wonderful leave. Today though for training though..OMG! The new supplement im taking by Gaspari (Plasma Jet) All i have to say is WOW..well my heart was pounding like a drumline..I had to take it easy at the gymm today..but for sure ill kick it off hardcore tomorrow!

when you work out you burn an excessive amounts of calories plus when you sleep you burn more calories than you do during the day, i would recommend you take in more calories than you burn when you train
