After a few years of carring around a package I just said now its enough....I'm hitting the gym

I love to see my body changing...I can't wait to see my arms developed.

through the feeling I get while I'm there it carries over to the next day. And the compliments I receive from other ppl..

while I smoked I was able to run only for one minute....now after 21 years of smoking I finally quit and I run my 3 miles everyday under 30 minutes

Isn't that crazy just a few minutes ago standing in my kitchen thinking hhhmmm kinda hungry let me snack a lil. So I end up having a jar of peanut butter and some carrots in front of me and a spoon. Omg I could not stop, so for today I guess I messed up my calorie intake totally. Dang, this need...

its so hard to find something that works and if it works for someone else it might not work on us, theres way to many options. i think im going to stick with xenadrine for 1 more week if it doesnt work than ill just lose weight the good old fashon way. good luck finding something that works for you i know i cant afford trying several products that dont work for me.

i havent figured out how to respond to a response on bodyblog yet( if you know how plz let me know) but maybe those supps just arent for me but it messed up alot of my progress and im constantly starving. maybe they would work for you but if you can find something better recomended then id say try that insted
