How I Started:
I was sick of being 150lbs and weak. So on my first deployment i teamed up with some friends and started.
Why I Love It:
Since i have been working out i have gained 30lbs and feel better about myself as well as haveing more confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of how pathetic i was before and go off that.
BB Accomplishments:
Dont really know. Actually sticking with it i guess. Alot of people get lazy and stray away.

In my career field I deal with alot of heat. I feel better working when i take a protien shake and it doesnt feel like a brick in my stomach.

I'd like to be about 200 lbs of solid muscle, too. It's been a very difficult journey. What I've learned is to not go by weight, but by other factors, such as strength level, bodyfat, etc. You have a great physique already, so keep building on it.
