How I Started:
I started by wanting to be physically fit for my job as a firefighter. I started by running, then ran into the gym and started lifting and fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
Makes my body feel great, and gives me happy attitude when i do. It Removes the stress of my job and makes my daily life easier. It is something that i can do with my wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of the attacks on 9/11, or any type of thing that gets me pissed off, and alot of classic rock, and oldies songs keeps me motivated.

To be around 200lb-210lbs, and ripped, without alot of fat in my body, to make everyone take a second look at me, and have my wifes jaw drop again.
