Overall Goal:  To Loose this fat belly, and love handles without sacrificing my weight. I want to be fit and stay at 220 to 225lbs. I also want to do this without supplements, and do it with a healthy clean diet.

Fit Status:  Working out five days a week, and eating clean....love the feeling....getting ready to up the ante again...with more intense workout.

How I Started:
During my short stint in the fire academy where it was part of graduation....and grades, and also in highschool sports but really got serious after i was hired in my first fire job.
Why I Love It:
Makes my body feel great, and gives me happy attitude when i do. It Removes the stress of my job and makes my daily life easier. It is something that i can do with my wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of the attacks on 9/11, or any type of thing that gets me pissed off, and alot of classic rock, and oldies songs keeps me motivated.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I dont do it, but it helps some then that is cool.

It has been about three weeks since i started my new workout and diet. I am slowly but surely seeing results. I have gained a few inches in my chest and back, and legs, and have been seeing some improvement in my arms, and shoulders. I am falling in love with something that i have always loved...
