reduced spare tire! Side view..clothed
I have no idea how much I weigh at this point because we're moving and my scale is somewhere in transit between England and TX. However my clothes are fitting better, I am wearing one size smaller, and I don't have so much of a spare tire. I'm not where I need to be, but thank God I am not where I used to be!
Taken just a week ago. Standing in house. Weight loss still slow going. 187 pounds now. Tummy trimming down nicely, other parts shaping UP...thank GOD! Started over with the eating plan. The exercise was not trimming me like I needed. Wish me luck!

Okay so I didn't realize 'til the other day, I have decent traps! Never noticed until someone pointed it out to me. I said to myself, "Well I'll be darned! There they are!"

Okay, I am 192 pounds now...slow going with the weight loss, but the belly fat is starting to show some promise of melting away...woo!! Thank God!
