How I Started: I was in horrible shape before I started, and weak!
Why I Love It: results are awesome.
How I Stay Motivated: Usually from within, but sometimes external motivation...when I think I'm pretty big or strong I see someone much bigger and stronger and it motivates me further.
BB Accomplishments: 225 bench
405 deadlift

Definitely a lot bigger than when I started and a lot leaner as well.
Went 18 weeks without touching a cheat meal.
Gave up drinking pop.

About 2 months in Cut down!
Almost 2 months after lifting, and didn't know how to flex properly.  Cut down 43lbs from December to May. I was very determined to get rid of that fat! 191lbs in this picture.

nope, ever since i got out of that contest i've just been trying to focus on bulking up. Im trying to go up to at least 190-200 before even thinking of cutting down. I never want to be below 180 again...that would probably be my lifelong goal lol....and to be bigger than 99.9% of teh misc = D

i'd stopped doing squats and deads for a few months b/c of my back, but i've finally gotten back to where i was before (winter '07). my bench is higher than back then, though. yeah man, you're lookin like you could give Ganesh a run for his money. you definitely blow'd the eff up and burned a ton of fat. definitely admirin' gains (yes homo) (yes 120) (yes wearin' furz if they could be provided)
