I needed to stop being weak.

All the fire inside was unleashed into my training. I was forged from this, my training has defined all that I am.
How I Stay Motivated:
Because I know I am going to hit the world record deadlift for my weight class one day.

Competed in a Powerlifting meet with a 1221 tota. Won a deadlift only meet.
Definitely a lot bigger than when I started and a lot leaner as well.
Went 18 weeks without touching a cheat meal.
Gave up drinking pop.

wow you are really doing great for yourself!! Strongman..Congrats!! I told DF what you said and he won't give up the ps3..he said he's "starting a beerbelly". LoL He needs ps3 rehab!! He's not too bad tho. he gets stuff done. We still hit the gym and all..and go out lots. :) I just celebrated my bday on yesterday. Getting old sucks...getting presents doesn't! :p hehe

I started this new job back in December that has me working tons of OT and nothing about my job is routine. It's kinda made it difficult and I've made the decision to not compete this year and instead bulk all year long. I'm just gonna keep bulking and try and stay ~12% and get to 220lbs before it's over. Anything that comes along with it is icing on the cake. How much are you looking to deadlift for your comp?

Nah i'm keepin bout 15lbs up from where I was at. Brought up my chest a lot and my arms a bit. Did add a bit of fat though, I'm at about 12% now. How's your winter been goin?
