How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
5, 3, 1: Beacause 5 reps gains mass while reps 3 and 1 gain strength

Awesome to hear some muscle weight gains for you. Keep it up. I'm well, thanks. Trying to slim down the BF and gain some muscle too... this running makes it hard to keep on that muscle.
