How I Started:
In 2000, I was around 132-128 and I got a job at a theme park, where I danced and performed and lost some weight. I later was able to get a job at Hooter's where I met a trainer who worked at the gym across the street. He helped me get in better shape and I fell in love with Women's training magazines. I never really kept up with it, at least for long term. I have gone up and down in weight for years, always with diet and no major exercising. I am finally tired of not liking my shape and having no stamina. I found out I am hypoglycemic and my changes in diet and working out are really benefiting my body.
Why I Love It:
The changes you see in your body! The energy I have when I am doing good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am currently part of a testimonial training group for a new exercise machine coming out. We train 3 - 5 days a week, with a great trainer. Landing this gig, was what finally put me in the right state of mind to change my body!

My goal is to be 115 with muscle and a flat stomach! No flabby tighs! Look very fit and strong!
I habe been pursuing this since 2000, it's about time I really take it seriously! I have been up and down in weight from 134-116 since I was 18. I was chubby as a child and only when I moved out on my own have I been able to live a healthier life. I have never exercised continously, so that is why I have never achieved my goals. I was always flabby thin, now I want to be fit thin! I am turning 30 this year, so this is my year!
