When I Started:
May, 2004
How I Started:
Well, ive been in and out of the weight room since about 7th grade, always loved it but I havn't always had time for it. I've been competitively swimming since i was 7 years old until just recently when school started to get rediculus my junior year. I got serious in '04 after my senior year of high school, My best friend and I hit the "Brute Strength" program from "Flex" magazine hardcore the summer of '05 and into the school year, I've been goin strong ever since.
Why I Love It:
First of all God gave me the body I have, and I'm glad to keep it healthy and strong. I love to go to the gym and let nothing get in my way, just me and the weights... I guess its a good stress relief for me, I'm not the smartest person in the world and I'm going for a Engineering degree at a pretty tough school, so I'm constantly stressed. hittin the weights is a good way for me to get stuff out, plus its a rush!
How I Stay Motivated:
I really dont know, its just part of me now i guess... I love it
BB Accomplishments:
none so far, I have a small frame (my mom's genetics) so I don't know if I can get big enough to compete. Nothing can stop me from trying though!
I'd like to gain as much clean muscle as possible while still eating healthy, no bulking and cutting, just clean muscle addition. All natural - All the time.
Goal (Long):
I'd like to weigh between 185-200lbs someday, its gonna be tough, but I think its possible, not sure how long it will take, but I'm gonna try. I would really like to get big and ripped enough to compete, that would be an added bonus.
Update--- I'm up to 166 lbs and gained 21 lbs in two years ish, so I'm well on my way to my goal, I'm hoping to reach 185 in about 2 more years. Once their I am planning on looking into competing if I'm good enough.. we'll see, I might need to be heavier, who knows!
This new program I'm trying out is the idea of Pro Bodybuilder Robert Green. I waited on him at the Applebee's I work at in Texas one Saturday night after a show he was in I think in dallas, but I'm not for sure.. somewhere in east texas. I told him how I can't seem to gain any weight and what...
i saw your b4 pic (b4 u got into weights) and wondered... wtf are you cursing your mum's frame for? lol you got awesome base. Some people (like me) have NOTHING to work with. I was just a block with a head and four stick things hanging out of it lol
future--
Belated, but sincere, thanks for your post and kind words - it sure helps to keep me motivated. One of the best things about bb.com is the terrific support members give each other. BTW, I love (and agree with) your quote about "clean muscle, eating healthy and not bulking/cutting - all natural". And from the pix you have posted, you are right on track. I wish you the best for continued success. How about some updates??

Thanks for the comment & the add. You look great- very ripped & muscular- keep up the good work. Congrats on all that you have achieved already & good luck as you continue to pursue your bodybuilding goals.
Sort of, at one point I was doing 4-5 meals a day but it's hard when you have a job and time constraints. Right now, I'm at the usual 3-4. I just try to run more....and I hate running. LOL!
I'd rather be built like you with the abs and killer definition then be big and bulky and near impossible to keep losing weight at this age. Trust me, it's overrated. You're as ripped as they come.
