squats 2xwu 1x6-8

stiff legged deadlift 2xwu 1x6-8

leg curl 1xwu 1x8-12

leg extension 1xwu 1x8-12

lying leg curl 1x8-12

leg press 1 x12-20

standing calf rises moderate weight to failure

my legs have got stronger and more defined every week sense doing...

In my late teens and early 20's I was a very heavy bench presser. I trained with very heavy weights and low reps. I credit heavy benching to be the greatest factor in my chest developement.
