How I Started:
I was an athlete through high school and college but gained weight after I graduated. Then I started working with a trainer and got hooked on lifting heavy.
Why I Love It:
I love the way that I look, feel, and function now.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not so much motivation as addiction. Fitness is just a part of who I am now. There are worse vices I guess, although DOMS is kind of like a hangover.
BB Accomplishments:
I competed in figure for the first time in 2009. Made it into the top five (my goal) at my second comp and now I'm looking forward to the future.
Yeah I know that feeling haha. So did you hit quads heavy? What exercises did you do today? I usually do legs as a whole maybe I should split quads and hams.
thanks for your response, I will try to do so that would be new exercise for my self, I don't drink just so you know it has been 6 months now and I have had one can of bear 1 only.

Great Photo!! When did you want to compete?? We Promote a show in Washington State in August, It is a NANBF show and a Pro Qualifier for the IFPA!! We would love to have you compete!!
How did your indoor match go? I have one tomorrow night, I'm not too great but it is good to break up the weights every now and then. Keep up the great work.
that's what i'm trying to do but it's tough. priorities have shifted but hopefully next year i can finally get back at it. need a new outlook because my motivation has been down, way down. have a good rest of the week!
