How I Started:
Working At A Gym Meeting people who weight lifted. I started working out with them to learn a few things and i ended up falling in love with weight lifting and body building
Why I Love It:
pushing my body to the limit...taking out stress and unwanted stress. Its like my getaway from the bad things in life
How I Stay Motivated:
always setting new goals. if i reach my goal i set an even higher goal.
BB Accomplishments:
reaching the 110 lb dumbells on dumbell bench press...leg pressing 950lbs having a six pack haha

this was my first time working out haha i was pretty scrawny
this is now i feel like i need to work on shoulders more to really get wide and my obliques are a little weak but i feel pretty good about where im at now
