My Motivation Program
I stay motivated by looking back on pictures from when I first started my transformation, and then seeing where I came from. I also get a huge amount of motivation from friends and family. By putting myself out there on Facebook and Youtube I have received an unbelievable amount of positive feedback, and the comments inspire me to keep pushing to the next level. When I receive a comment from someone I don't know saying "Your videos and transformation has inspired me so much, I truly want to thank you for helping me get back on track and change my life." I have received a ton of positive comments like that, and it makes me feel so good. I am doing this for the satisfaction I receive when I know I have reached out to people and help to inspire and motivate them!
