My Workout Program

I am just starting out so I have to ease into it a bit with the cardio. I can only run about 3/4 a mile right now. Here is my plan for this coming week:

Monday-
AM Cardio- 20 mins. on treadmill
PM- 1 mile warm up on track; chest/back/abs

Tuesday-

AM cardtio- 20 minutes on treadmill
PM- 1hr of plyometrics

Wednesday-
AM cardio- 20 minutes on treadmill
PM- 1 mile warm up on track; shoulders/arms/abs

Thursday-
AM cardio- 20 minutes on treadmill
PM- 2 miles of walk/run on track (getting ready for 10k in feb.

Friday-
AM cardio- 20 minutes on treadmill
PM- 1 mile warm up on track; legs

Saturday-
AM cardio- 20 minutes on treadmill
PM- 4 mile walk/jog on trails
Sunday- off

Good Morning!:) Well, this has been a trying week!  My week started off great with my diet on track and cardio in the mornings and weights in the afternoon, but when I had to go to long days at my conference with little control, that changed and sort of messed up my week. bjintulsa I stick to a high protein n low carb diet. I get my carbs from fruit n veggies. I make sure I eat something every 2-3 hrs to keep my metabolism up. I snack on sliced bell peppers, whole almonds. The fastest way for me so far to get the body fat down is splinting my cardio up, 30 mins in am, 30 mins in pm at a moderate heart rate.
