Hey there. Just checking in on you :) I would really like to see an new progress pic on here. How about in one week?? You asked me what I'm not happy with. Well, I'm very pleased with my results over the last 6 months but would like to get my body fat % down another 4%. I'm not in a rush though..in it for the long hall :)
I started a 12 week program last week also. So I'm right there with ya!! I'm craving sugar something fierce today :-/ Sorry to hear about the family issues but glad everything is sorted out. That has such a huge impact on your workouts and diet. Good luck and keep me posted :)
Thanks for the inspiration add my dear! I appreciate that. Now of course you know this means I'll be riding your arse if you slack off...ha ha! Those 5 AM workouts are tough. I did one this morning for some extra cardio. I give you credit for keeping that up...awesome!
