You need to eat at least 1.5 times your body weight in grams of protein if you want to grow. 200 lbs = 300grams protein. Check out tmuscle.com for advice on peri-workout nutrition to grow the fastest way possible. Good luck man!

Check out tmuscle.com about peri-workout nutrition. Its during workout. Anabolic halo is my favorite Muscletech sup-worth it.

Thanks for the kind words man! I pretty much stuck to the sups I listed on my page for the Muscletech contest but now I've discovered it's all about peri-workout nutrition if you want to pack on muscle asap. Cheers!

Go to beachbody.com-they are the company that makes P90X. I think if you join you can get all the literature online to print or they will mail it to you. Gotta write it all down!! It's worth it in my opinion.

P90X is quite real and it works! I did it twice then I did some of the videos combined with gym work. It's straight ass kicking workouts. Very extreme!

Cheers man! I started in about a year ago with P90X-maybe you've seen the infomercial. Its a 3 month ass kicking program. I did that twice and then an FST-7 style program similar to what Hany Rambod prescribes. Look it up : ) I suggest making sure you eat lots of protein-1.5 times your bodyweight in pounds (sorry don't know kilos) of grams of protein. For example I weigh 200 pounds so I aim for 300 grams of protein a day to grow. I know thats a lot but its what you gotta do. Good luck friend!

Hey thanks for the comment! I wrestled all through school also-even made it to state. Props to you for that cause it is THE hardest sport besides bodybuilding. Good luck with your goals-if you can make it through wrestling season you can make it through anything!

Yeah, Squier was big in the early 80s I think. Never really into him but he's cool. That should be a great experience! I do love Shinedown-that singer has an insane voice! Total rock star. I hope they were nice guys. Damn-You got a cool job!

thanks for stopping by! I eat a lot of eggs, dairy (mostly cottage cheese), iso and casein whey (cause the're low carb). About 250 to 300 grams a day. I'm pretty jealous you got to talk to Zakk Wylde! That guy's been my music hero since I was a kid!!
