When I was a kid my favorite movie was Conan the Barbarian. I wanted to be just like Arnold! I read every muscle mag I could get my hands on to learn all I could. I did the original EAS physique augmentation contest when I was about twenty but sadly I did not win. I had a lot to learn about nutrition and such. The years went by and my love for lifting slowly got replaced for a love of beer and the nightlife that goes with being in a rock band. In my mind I was still fit but I soon didn't recognize the man in the pictures of me. My sister, my girlfriend, and I banded together to change our unhealthy ways.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is fascinating to me. It's very scientific and there is always new things to learn. It takes a huge amount of dedication and patience. I love to see what the amazing human body can achieve in strength and composition.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out is a reward for my body. Technique and efficiency is a reward for my mind. Diet control is the only factor that tests my real motivation. I was brought up on a sugar diet. I stay on course by setting small term goals and having free days to look forward to.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Number one, sugar free. You are spinning your wheels so to speak if you are eating a sugary diet. Once sugar enters the body the chemistry changes everything, and not in your favor. Look at the labels...things will claim to be healthy and be high in sugar! Get off that crack!Number two, I find carb cycling works best for me. Simply put, three days, little to no carbs, then a day of high carbs, then a few days of mid to low. 100 grams at most on a high day-so I go from there.Number one, sugar free. "Watching Carbs" vanilla ice cream with hot out of the oven home made sugar free raspberry crisp! That's my girlfriend Jaimee's most amazing creation!!

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Creation is born of necessity. Experiment and research. Its not hard to find so many recipes online. Way better than eating out! And you can make so many things that taste like there is sugar in them.
BodyBuilding - Arnold Schwarzenegger - Mr. Olympia
Played: 38
Why I like this video: The music cracks me up! I don't mean to disrespect one of my heroes but if you close your eyes and just listen it sounds like a 70s dirty movie. Laughing is my favorite supplement!
Arnold Schwarzenegger training
Played: 21
Why I like this video: I love classic Arnold vids. When I was a kid I would watch Conan then go out back and hit the weights like I was possessed.
Jet Li VS Micheal
Played: 45
Why I like this video: My favorite kung fu scene. Jet Lee is bad ass and he is a great person in real life.
You've had a great transformation. Congratulations. My progress has been ... slow. Some think it's due to the veghead diet. You have had success with it though. Was there some key nutrition thing or just hard work in the gym?
Been searching for it in the uk, can only get the DVD here, do you need the books that cone with it or will the DVDs on their own be ok?
Thanks for your help with this!
Hey fella, I've just had a look at PX90 on youtube...is it really as good as it looks? If the results I'm being shown are real it look wicked! Do you go to a gym as well or have you just done the programmes?

Thanks man, really appreciate it. My diet consists mainly of lean meat and vegetables. I usually take in six-eight meals a day spread around 2-3 hours apart. 30-40 grams protein, 10-20 grams of carbs, 10 or less of fat. For a snack I'll do some fresh fruit, cottage cheese, or a small protein bar.
