I love improving and getting better with every workout. I love the struggle and the success. I love that I am making my body better and I love feeling powerful.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself that I am doing so much now that I couldn't a few months ago, so even if I get frustrated with what I can't do, I know it will come.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 100 in June, after starting with just 10 lbs this past January, haha.
I laughed so hard when I found this picture, I must be 15 or 16 in this picture, I can't remember exactly when it was taken but it was years before I started lifting. I was skinny-fat hahaha.

That would be cool! It's like me trying to bench my bodyweight! That is my big goal! :)
I am doing okay. Not as good as I could have been but still giving it my all. Got sunburned yeterday though! :( Hope it doesn't affect my training too much
You are totally welcome! I feel that 200 on deadlift is just the beginning for you, by years end that will a set of 10! Keep at it and you will see...I too love the deadlift, that is the ultimate lift for all around strength. Tomorrow gonna finally get 10 reps at 275, it won't be easy but I know I can do it!
