pretty good, you and your daughter look great. i accumulated my gym for years piece by piece, it covers most of my basement.

i'm doing pretty good. i have confidance that you can do it. i could never do it even though some years back i was pretty decent at hand balancing, used to do the length of a basketball court, but had real trouble trying to do steps. good luck and let me know how the flag goes. if you get a chance go on youtube and type in john duyka three audition videos should come up . that's my kid.the strongman one leave on past 25 seconds and it will come back on.

that's a really cool avatar, i really like gym shots. good luck on your next record attempt. but the big ? is how did you make out with the flag attempt. i was thinking you could probably do them.

i doing pretty good, not pushing the chins real hard usually do between 120 to 200 or so twice a week in sets of course. a flag is a body support move where by your boidy looks like a flag supported by a pole. you use both arms to suppport your body so you hang with your body extended like a flag. i thought that you with your great arm strength and low bodyweight might be able to do one. have a great workout.

yeah i'm doing pretty good for 57 years old. strength ain't bad for an old man. have a great workout today.
