try this p.h.a. leg workout. start off with toe raises 40 reps, go immeadiately to 30 reps squats with a somewhat taxing weight, next 30 reps shin raises, than 20 reps leg ext than 20 reps leg curls, than 20 reps rope pulls for abs than 25 reps than 25 reps leg raises on power tower. all this...

Hey thanks for the nice pic comments while back..I AM getting more muscular cause of my training I like it:) Hope you are doing good...I finally saw a youtube of a guy doing a flag that is intense I haven't tried it yet but wow it looks hard:)

OH NO....I totally forgot to try that..OK that goes on my list again..I started a new program on Sunday running three day a week cardio two other days endurance training pull-ups and then timed cadence pull-ups another day..feel like if I drop three pounds or so and keep this program up will be ready by November..(will try off the record before then)timed cadence was almost at WR pace today and that was first time I did it since May:) Will let you know when I try the FLAG and report back:)

Huh something I don't know about???? Thanks yes I am getting strong..they are one arm assisted I can do 12 on each arm pretty easy so I started adding weight 45 pounds now for two reps on each arm..How are you and what is a flag???
