try this p.h.a. leg workout. start off with toe raises 40 reps, go immeadiately to 30 reps squats with a somewhat taxing weight, next 30 reps shin raises, than 20 reps leg ext than 20 reps leg curls, than 20 reps rope pulls for abs than 25 reps than 25 reps leg raises on power tower. all this...

Thank you..that is so cool...I should probably mention there is a guy who does a strength and conditioning newsletter and a book about strength athletes and he maintains World Records for age groups...you might already have a World Record if you videotaped it at your age group:) Let me know if you have an email and want to be in contact with him...
