How I Started:
I've been athletic since junior high. I ran track and crosscountry in highschool and ran track in college. Staying fit has been a way of life for me. I gained a lot of weight when I had my 2nd and 3rd child and it motivated me to get thin again. I didn't think about competing until the people at the gym I was going to told me I should.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for the high I get. I feel great after I'm done knowing that I've done some good for my body. Not only that, I feel and look younger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror motivates me.

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think. My competition weight was a rock hard 229.9lbs.
I have been a part of Crossfit here in FL for about 5 months now. There are mainly 2 workouts to choose from which is a combination of weights and cardio or powerlifting focusing on bench, squat, and deadlift.
