HOW I STARTED:

Always lifted for grade and high school sports. Got serious about lifting again in 2007.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I need the challege. It is a great stress reliever.

bulking week 22 -(last 8 weeks)***

weight -196 bf-19% 8 weeks left in this bulk going to shoot for 210lbs, however this might change do to dip tank results on the 13th. If over 20% I will maintain. New bulking plan 4080-4200 cals 340-380 pro 510-550 carbs 100-127 fat based on 170lbs LBM cal LBM*24 proLBM*2 carbsLBM*3 fatLBM*.75

weight 197.5 weeks average cals-4360 pro-348**32% carbs-536**49% fat-96**19% carbo load day cals-5310 pro-3285**24% carbs-872**64% fat-76**12%   finished week 4 of biill starr's 5 x5. I gained some good strength (bp-315 3 reps )and made some gains. Worth doing again, for bulking only.

weight-196.6 weeks averages cals-4057 pro-321--31% carbs-533---50% fat-88--19%  Cheat meal and carbo load day on sunday. My weight might change next week I was a Easter hog!! I like this new training program makes me feel strong and rested. I might do it for the full 8 weeks.

OldManSkinny I crunched a few numbers to answer your question: You are now at 179 @ 14% = 154 lbs lean muscle (plus bones, etc.) Your goal is 200 @ 18% = 164 lbs lean muscle adding @ 2 lbs per week body weight you could reach that by mid April but my guess is that your body fat would be over 18% To get back down to 5% and keeping the 164 pounds of lean mass, you'd be at 172 pounds and that would take you about 13 weeks, if all goes well--the end of July.
