How I Started:
I got sick of being a fatty and supporting Ben and Jerry's on a daily basis. I thought my local farmers could use my support more. (ie:lean meats and veggies) My version of "Farm Aid".
Why I Love It:
It's more productive than "Guitar Hero", and women like a guy that works out better than a "Guitar Hero" junkie. I think.

All the great physiques on BODYSPACE, and the hope to date Jessica Simpson one day.

dose AP 10-15 minutes prior to meals; have pre w/o meal @ 1:30-1:45 prior to training, then 1 hr. after meal take pre w/o dose PowerFULL. PowerFULL should be kept an hr. away from meals to avoid blunting GH effect. great stuff to take prior to bed..
Yeah, you have to time the "15 minutes before a high carbohydrate meal exactly" I generally used it for preworkout and post workout meal so it is a little tricky getting the timing down. Otherwise your stomach can get tore up.

Yeah...sometimes it needs just a kickstart. Have you tried HIIT (High intensity interval training)? I find it to be a good way to kickstart that metabolism.
Thanks for everything bro! To be honest, I'm not sure about the bodyfat thing. I just go by the mirror and tell myself that I need to lose more or gain more. haha Mid March I had it checked and it was around 11.5%. How's everything working out bro?!
I like Testojack very much. This is the second bottle I've used, and I've found it to be very effective for a boost of overall energy and mood improvement. I've heard stories of other test supplements causing bad moods and other side effects, but this seems to do the job perfectly for me. And the advantages of increased test levels in the bedroom are enjoyed from day one, I might add.
