I eat mostly paleo with occasional cheats, I tend to be in the very low carb (ketogenic) range.

My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program

I take supplements to give my self and extra boost towards reaching my goals.

One scoop of Jack3d + one scoop Con-cret about 20 minutes before workout. 

One scoop AminoX during workout.

Two scoops ON Gold Standard Whey post workout.

One dose of Detonate before another other mid afternoon.

GNC Megamen Sport and fish oil with meals. 

One scoop of Monster Milk before bed.
