To target those thighs without increasing their size, you have to burn them out each workout. Low weight with strict technique and always squeeze and contract the quad during each exersize like leg extemsions or squats. Do high reps 15-20 slow and controlled and throw in strip down sets where you do a set say of 15 then reduce the weight so you can only do about 3-6 more, reduce again and do 3-6 more. This will give your legs the cut look while keeping your size under control. Best of luck!

Big weekend for ya? Im workin all weekend but the good thing is I can lift while workin but I caught something 3 days ago and couldnt stomach any food for 3 days so had a liquid diet for the last three days and couldnt train.....weight went down too but today I feel better so Im gonna try a lift. Have a great weekend.

I design each athletes program based on their individual needs. So say some athletes need to drop a few weight classes over a season healthy, then I help them with it or some athletes have to stay in the same weight category but have to increase his/her strength, i design a program that will do that for them. I also do core workouts with them twice a week to keep them fit. What are your goals?

haha, thanks for the reply. I can hop yes, training is going good but im doing an intersession field study course this week and it runs 13 hr a day so my training had to be modified to lower weight and shorter rest periods and using my lunch break for cardio sessions. Its over in 2 days though so then I can rest properly. Hows your training going?

thanks for the response, i thought i read on ur profile that you were using lipo 6 fat burner? As for a fat burner, natural, herbal tea or jet black coffee before a morning cardio session should do the trick. lata
