I do not do a mon -mon thing, I am on a 6 day rotation where I have flexibility so if I miss a day, I dont skip that lift I just do the next workout in order.

well, now that its the summer, im working on firming up my stomache, and working on the muscles around my knees. Do you by any chance have any sugestions on how to loose some weight on the thighs?
No, I am not even sore at all...hahha! I can manage. Yes the weather was nice a lil. It's pretty nice view tho, lots of mini waterfalls and trees...it's like being in the forest. It was beautiful! So, next month is your vacation? NIce! Good for you, so you can relax. :) I am hiking again this weekend at the Angel Island. Oooh... thinking about it, I get goose-bumps. LOL!

Hey Chris, "yes", "yes" and "no" My weekend was great. I had mad fun at a local competition here in the area & doing photo shoots. And I DID workout - Sun eve. after a most exhausting weekend .... But, NO this was not "fun" just a necessity! How's your quest for few lbs. of muscle coming along?

Oh hahah! De,de,de...well I thought you're talking about some other lipo..lol! I apologize for misunderstanding. Well, I stop taking Lipo 6 since I noticed that gradual weight decreased, and I didn't like that...I would rather go slowly since I like to gain weight yet tone down at the same time.
