  • Not only are you getting closer to your goal but you could be losing 2 lbs of fat and gaining 1.5lbs of muscle... Most of the time for me, I tend to lose inches off my waist/hips/quads and gain inches on my arms and calves... so just because the scale goes down by less than you think does not mean you are losing less fat, it just means you are also gaining muscle.

McCoyTyler Going great brother. On Monday going to be starting my new supplements and hopefully gain 15 more lbs in the next two months. I gained 11 pounds in the last 4 weeks while keeping my body fat percent at 8% the whole time. I think I figured out my system man. How is your progress going? Still trying to gain lbs? soldado09 Thanks for your comments. Yeah it would be great to train in Hawaii but I'm working in Bagram. Nothing to do hear but work, sleep, eat, lift, and occasionally duck for cover. Can't love this lifestyle, just have to bear it and working out makes it bearable for me. May 3, 2013 3:46am
