How I Started:
I use to travel alot with my job and getting out of shape was easy getting back in shape is going to be a task that I am willing to take.
Why I Love It:
I like the control over what happens to my body I have let it go and now it is time to do the right thing and get in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading mags and seeing people at the gym that have done what I want to do realy helps.

Hey, thanks! I recomend a 50-25-25 ratio diet myself. I don't count calories too much just make a mental note that I am getting in 30 good quality grams of fat plus whatever is in my normal food. Always lean meats, fish, I average 200-250 grams protien a day, and eat mostly legumes for my carbs. Works really well for me. I don't want my diet to consume me. I am beyond that now. I just keep an eye on it.

Thank you so much for the great comments!!! I am almost to the point where I have lost 90lbs...CRAZY! I have already accomplished more than i thought I could, but it only proved to me that no dreams are unobtainable!! Thanks again! Good luck with your goals!!
