I read yur blog and if you really want to achieve your fitness goals maybe sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy and you will need to challenge yourself but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
