Getting ready for POST training. I didnt realize how out of shape I had become. I started POST training at 250# I'm now at 220#
Why I Love It:
The change in my body. I have to stay in shape for the line of work i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm starting to turn heads now. I'm looking better than I have in years. I want to retire in the same size uniform I started in.

I read yur blog and if you really want to achieve your fitness goals maybe sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy and you will need to challenge yourself but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
