Background
being a fat kid i was sick of it and wanted to be thin, have muscles and have self confidence
because keeping my body in the best shape helps me deal with my body dysmorphic disorder and all the damage being teased as a fat kid did to me. It also helps manage depression symptoms because working out increases blood flow to the brain, and releases many neurotransmitters (endorphins, dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine), that are lacking in brain's of depressed people
