How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try to do between 6-10 reps. This range has seemed to work well for me past couple months, as I feel like Ive been able to make the most gains.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to keep the resting down to a minimum, but usually its around a minute or so, I like to try to keep the heart rate up while Im at the gym.
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?

So I strayed from my diet this weekend, at dinner Sat and Sun. While I dont think its as bad as Im making it out to be, I feel guilty. So I think from now I will just make my own dinner if need be, so I can stick to the a healthier diet, and better lifestyle. Why does the bad stuff have...

Hey man, ya really sorry that I haven't been posted. I have been really busy with this job search stuff. Training took a hit the first couple of wks but the past 2 wks I have really hti it hard and got back on trck. Thanks for checking in. How are you?

Thanks, On Friday I did heavy dead lift, but I was fine on Saturday. On Sunday I was benting over and hurt my back.
