decided to not do it a month out, wasn't in the shape i needed to be in to win the overall. plus dexter jackson's best friend lee showed up and took the overall and there was no way i could've taken him haha.

haha well i feel depleted cuz of my four low carb days, and now i am on my high day of 500g carbs so i am feeling pretty hunky dory:)

busy busy busy. 7 and a 1/2 weeks out from a show, taking 15 hours of classes, and working 40+ hours a week. i have to set up my schedule, it's been hard keeping up with 45 min of cardio 2x a day on an empty stomach, let alone my workouts. glad to hear all is well on your end, keep it up, take care.

morning or evening? as for the fatburners, have you ever done em before? i can recommend a couple... check yer diet and stuff and make sure that's on point, if you're still seeing progress, i don't see why you should use a fat burner, you don't want your body to get acclimated to it too fast. do you have myspace?

no, i meant what time of day. i do mine at the end of my workouts too. 45 minutes of stationary bike in the morning on empty stomach, and then 45 minutes of treadmill put all the way up on the incline for 45 minutes at night on empty stomach.

School and getting ready for a show and working 40+ hours a week takes away all my time. I am usually at University at 5am and late at night, like around 9 or sometimes 8. I do 2x a day cardio and workouts. I was a fullback on scout team, way back in the day. Hated it. Hope you are doing well, and take care Shannon, maybe we will see each other around.

Gang raped huh? I guess you haven't been watching FSU football for the past two seasons;) The only thing good about downtown is they have a real t-bar and i think they still have that donkey calf raise... right? I don't really NEED either so I don't really go... sorry:/

I don't really watch FSU football ever since I stopped playing. And they lost. oh well. so you workout at downtown. that's cool... I workout mostly at University and sometimes at Northside. what you think of the game? what's yer definition of lean? ttyL, take care. Paul

i'm actually doing my diet myself... dave palumbo recommends a less than 50g of carb a day approach using high protein and high fats, like 20g of good fats a meal.. and i've had good results. but i just got a bad cold and i am 10 weeks and a couple days out, and i had to eat some fruits and vegetables and eat extra calories to get better faster:/ so i might change up my contest approach. we will see.
