GOALS FOR C3 - JUNE 30 - CHEST 46, SHOULDERS 52, ARMS 16.5, THIGHS 26, WAIST 32.....and to buy some scales so I can track my weight
Goal (Long):
I wrestled from first grade through high school and into my first year of college. All of the dieting and puling weight has really screwed up my metabolism. Now that I am 40 yrs old, its time to get control of it and try to keep it raging, by using exercise and nutrition. Help!! I WILL BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY ADULT LIFE WHEN I TURN 41 ON SEPTEMBER 9.
OK..well I hit the streets this morning for the first time for real again in almost 3 weeks since the back injury..it felt awesome...6 miles in 43 minutes...gonna try lifting tonight for the first time again with an easy back workout and see how it feels....
Hey there, I'm doing great! Back on track this week with C3 goals! Being on vacation was amazing! But now its time to get back in a routine! How are your goals coming??
My day was good. Don't think of it as losing progress you've made; just a slight setback. Keep the faith! It will get better, you will heal, and you'll be better and stronger when you come back!
No more MMA for me, unless I'm watching it on TV or live. It's killer, but not for me with my physical limitations. I have a 4-level cervical fusion and don't have full range of motion in my neck. It gets way too stiff.
Funny you say hope you are well. I have been sick with a cough for about a week. I have not been sick in 3 years, not sure how to act. I feel fine just coughing. Got some antibiotics finally, 3 days now. Been working out in my garage so I can sleep in and keep from coughing on everyone. Today I am going to big gym. You look like you have made lots of progress already:)
