Thank-you for honoring my precious son, Timothy. He gave it ALL he had at everything he chose to do. You saw that & are some of the few that experienced him in your life. MUCH THANKS, Miya (Timothy's mom)

yep, but its really only limited to whatever you're willing to do. I get in 7-8 meals a day, and thats with school along with football/wrestling practices. I'll eat at least a couple of meals during/immediately after school (not counting lunch). If you're cool with the teacher it shouldn't be a problem, or you can at least try and do it on the sly, lol.

That is supposedly a very common side affect with beta alanine, some tingling that eventually subsides. Its not harmful or anything just feels weird. I've never had it happen to me personally tho.

knowledge is power man, rather than just ask for a diet, it would be SO much more beneficial to actually do some research so that you would know exactly what is happening to your body and how to control it by making changes. with that being said, here are a couple of good articles to check out, a few even have sample diets included. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne2.htm , http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/phano103.htm , http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/greg5.htm

i'd say the most important thing for teens is consistency. You have to make sure to get in all your meals EVERYDAY, try and never miss workouts unless you have to, get plenty of rest, day in and day out. MOst teens will stay pretty dedicated for a couple of months at a time, but then go back to their old habits. Also make sure to keep your nutrition in check. Alot of teens don't realize just how CRUCIAL that is to getting big/ripped.

yeah, i started when i was about 14 too. As long as you've been training hard and consistently for at least 6 months to a year i would say it is fine to try it out.

the only things i've used so far are creatine and protein powder. recently i've been trying out beta-alanine as well. As far as supplements i would just stick to the basics like a multi, protein powder, and MABEY creatine.REally, at the stage you are at, the MOST improtant thing to do is to make sure you have ur diet in order.

more than anything i would say its consistency. Make sure you've got your diet in order, be consistent with with your workouts, and you'll be fine.
