How I Started:
Was kind of chubby when i was younger, even though my mom always raised me to be very healthy. IT was a gradual process from just eating fairly health, to running, to messing around with the 10 and 15 pound dumbbells at home, to turning into a free weight maniac.
Why I Love It:
It's just me and the weights. No mistakes, no excuses, no regrets.

Hey man just drop by and see how you doin i see you wanna compete and some day you become a pro in the future just stay positive and trains harder and put your self in positive way and you will go far by your dream you start really young age for 15 you got alot more to go by your age 21 you be huge and be like one of the almost pro built but you never know wat might happend in the future my advice to you is stay clean(no drugs) and natural and good luck!
ya, i want rounder, thicker shoulders, i im considering hitting those twice a week and my arms, lower back needs to come up also,, ect, i got work to do.. but time is on my side, so theres no rush
Have to agree with others that you have superior back development especially at 15. Every muscle group shows nicely and is ripped. Hold on to that dream and grow huge.
