While I consider myself healthy, I also have areas on my body that can be improved. These parts include my love handles and my stomach.
My goals are not to be like those on the cover of Men's Health. However, I do wish to be to merely take my shirt of without feeling self-conscious or wear jeans that I don't spill out of.

Hey their, thanks so much!! :) I love the diet! It is so easy to follow since everything is laid out for you! I have one cheat meal a week to balance things out and to keep my sanity! I can only live on the edge for so long! LOL! When r u going to start it?
The diet...well I haven't been doing well with it honestly. I've been outta my routine for a while, but getting back on track.

I just found nearly 3 kgs of whey in a bucket in the garage.....I'll use that up and then see, looks like I might a few €'s to spare, but if I want more whey I won't be able to rejoin the gym and will have to train at home.....
Thanks.. Ya it will be hard but I'm the type that pushes myself every day in the gym. Im doing 130 dumbells 2 times right now and I would like to do the 150 dumbells around 4 times also
To your comment on my blog.. I have noticed that while I am trying to be a little more outgoing, there are some folks that are not gonna talk at 5:00 AM, so I don't take it personally if they are not chatty.
