Np. Training going well. Body is getting back in shape. Want to lean down and get my strength back up. Hard to do as it is contradictory but I am trying. WhY r ur goals?
Just had a couple of days off, listening to the body but tomoz hittin the gym for a big session. Next week starting up boxing and can't wait. Did the tricep injury doing some crazy a$$ skulls (67.5kg x 4 reps!) and felt it tear. How's the injury coming along?
Good stuff bro, yea I play wing as well.. at 240lbs.. don't know how many stone that is, but lets say I play a Lomu style game. The key to playing well at wing is quick lateral movement and balance. Plyometrics is great for that!

Bumma mate, hang in there and you are right...injuries and sports seem to go together. I begining to boost up all my lifts but really concerntrating on conditioning and seems to be working. Need to gain at least another 5kg of lean mass before years end!
