12, I am going a little lower on weight trying to get a bit more definition and burn more fat

Well, I tweaked my shoulder and got yelled at by the physical therapist, so now it's more reps and light weight for a while. Bums me out a bit but I'm still going and started doing more abs to make up for things. Doing about 4 or 5 sets of 50 leg lifts and some other stuff so I'm still...

I'm doing better now. I had my surgery May 20th and I'm on Convel leave. They found a pancreatic tumor that was causing my liver to fail. I may get to come back though this fall! Depends on how my tummy is healing. They cut me open from breast bone to navel.
