The feeling you get after a hard workout is the greatest
How I Stay Motivated:
For 10years I've tried different exercise routines and never got the results I wanted. When I look back at those days I realize that I was a fool. I wanted to get large muscles and be ripped like a bodybuilder but I had no clue as to what I needed to do, so for all that time I was stumbling around in the darkness of my own ignorance. Then one day I was looking at the TV and saw a particular exercise program that seemed to embody what I was looking for and so I ordered it and after three months of following the programme as recommended I achieved everything I dreamed of and more. Now I look forward to exercise because I can now see the benefits of my hard work. I also enjoy the fact that my routines change every three weeks so I don't get bored and even in those weeks I can change the individual exercises if I choose.
Go T-N-T! That's Trinidad and Tobago for those of you who don't have the luxury to globe trot. You should go there, at least for Carnival, after all that's where it all started. And also where Darrem Charles is from.
Your transformation is really amazing! First of all, Congratulations! I am curious to know you were able to get so ripped and defined. The abs, yes oof course, but everywhere else too. Amazing. Please send me a PM or reply here with some links, tips, etc
How is your quest for size? iam still hovering between 155-165. I did not order the P90X because I was afraid that I would lose too much weight. When you have some time, please send me a sample of your diet on workout days
aw thanks. seeing guys like you, with every single hard work showing on every part of your body makes me want to try even harder to meet my goals. you must workout in your sleep too lookin like that.
