How I Started:
After NYE, I needed to change. I am basically wanting to bulk up because the AFL (Australian Rules Football) season is starting soon. I have been to gyms for 2 years previously and never went. I am using my own gym and programs researched from bodybuilding.com
Why I Love It:
Seeing changes occur and not ending up like the general population, obese

Bodyspace will keep me motivated and also tracking my workouts and progressions.
BB Accomplishments:
To bulk up for a running and strong back line player for AFL. I want a six pack and most of all chest and leg definition.

I want to get back to my high school weight but I know 160.6lb (73kgs) will be impossible and not suit my current body, as I have an adult body now. I have been 78 before (within the last 5 years) and it was good to be in that state. This will involve a lot of running, good eating (which I've started but must avoid bad temptations) and lifting low reps.
