How I Started:
I was working at a gym and made friends with the body builders. One guy said to me, "Hey you know you should do this!" I couldn't get his words out of my mind. So I decided to give it a try. In a month, I gained a ton of strength. We will see where it brings me. Now it's time to lose weight and go from flab to fab!
Why I Love It:
The adrenaline gets pumping. I used to hate the sore. Now I love it. I love to see the fat on my body melt away and the muscles start to pop out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Coming on here and talking to people who care about their bodies and me. It's awesome to see people care about being fit. I didn't really have that growing up.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 65 pounds in 2007. Losing a total of 90 pounds so far! Earning ACE PT Certification (1-12-08)! Eerning NESTA PT Certification (2-14-08)!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

I was taking NO. But I've switched to Chocolate. Why? Why not.
