Drewcost22 LOL here it goes it might seem so simple but I use it. Pullups(helps everything upper body) Pushups (helps chest core and it's a must do exercise)Dips (helps triceps) that allow you to become stronger in any pressing movement. Those three are a challenge but they are key along with being persistent not to quit!!!!!! Jan 20, 2012 7:43am

Drewcost22 lol...what do you do now for upper body..I got 3 exercises that definitely will get you stronger. I dont worry about body fat long as your coming down to the desired weight you want then the bf percentage will Jan 17, 2012 8:27pm

Renaewhyte For lowering bf - post a sample of your eats on the food thread in Cut n Flex & I'll take a look.. I do wrist & forearm excersises that help HEAPS with those excercises.. I'll PM them to you if you want.. but remember consistancy is everything :D Jan 17, 2012 7:25pm
