Thanks for the add and the details on your diet/transformation. I'm trying to stick to the 2000 cals a day range and eating pretty clean. It's worked before, but the trick is sticking with it long enough to get past plateaus and really make some big changes. Best-Mark

Hey man, how's your training going? I'm happy to report I've dropped 24 lbs, mostly through strict (or nearly strict) dieting and lots of lifting.

Thanks for the add. I've really only been serious about the diet and exercise the past six weeks or so. Basically I use fitday.com to keep myself at around 2,500 cals a day, shooting for at least one gram of protein per pound and mix up the rest with good fats and lo-glycemic carbs. and i do cardio nearly every day for 20 mins. And lift four days a week.
