Spring is upon us.

So the Workouts have gotten Heavier. Starting to put more of a load on the BBs, DBs, and Machines!

 

The Injured Pec is Responding Nicely. Carrying a Pump in Clothes. Everything is holding sleeves or shirt up! I had No Idea that a Torn Pec would last this long. I...

Thanks for the encouragement! Have you looked into a Cissus Quandrangularis product for that pec tear? It may help speed your recovery a bit. USP Labs makes a pretty solid product.

Of course, but not at 225 lbs! :) I actually prefer barbell front squats and I go ass to calves on those. Weight is lighter but intensity is crazy!

Blackout from wind? I believe it! We are currently being attacked by a bazillion gnats. I just filled up my tank and washed my windshield and it was totally gross 5 minutes later when I pulled into my apartment (you know how big Angelo is). GEEZE!
