How I Started:
I was quite active as a teenager, but when I started my studies I gave up regular exercise. My figure changed, I developed bad eating habits, but now it's time to try to get back in shape!
Why I Love It:
When I do work out, it gives me a great sense of completion and I feel respect for myself. Just like ChickenTuna said: "A day can turn into s***, but nobody will take a finished workout away."
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm still working on in, but BodyBuilding is a great motivator, and of course all gr8 people here!Looking through profiles of ChickenTuna, MsFitness, and some other unbelievable, strong non-human beings, in hope for becoming like them one day:)
BB Accomplishments:
Hmm.. losing 11 pounds in 5 weeks (but I gained it back - so it's not an accomplishment really :()

That's why I want to start my fitness and diet programme tommorow. I have  a tough day - a job interview, work, and some other things to do. But I'll try to do a workout and eat clean - mostly some protein and veggs.. Hopefully it'll all play out quite well.. You could check me on this...
